By accessing or using VoxEdu, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
1. About VoxEdu
VoxEdu is a student voice and school support platform designed to facilitate safer and more responsive communication between students and educators.
The platform provides dedicated channels for matters including discipline, counselling, facilities and student suggestions.
2. Eligibility and Authorised Access
Access to certain VoxEdu features may be restricted to authorised students, educators or other approved users. Users must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
3. Google Authentication
VoxEdu may use Google Sign-In to authenticate users and verify account information. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own Google accounts and credentials.
4. Responsible Use
Users must use VoxEdu for legitimate educational, welfare, communication and school-support purposes.
Users must not:
- Submit deliberately false or fabricated reports
- Harass, threaten or impersonate another person
- Submit unlawful, abusive or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's information
- Interfere with or deliberately disrupt the operation of VoxEdu
- Use the platform in a manner that compromises the safety or privacy of others
5. Student Reports and Submissions
Users remain responsible for the information they submit. Reports should be made honestly and should contain only information reasonably relevant to the matter being reported.
Submission of a report does not guarantee a particular outcome, response time, disciplinary decision or other action.
6. Emergency Situations
VoxEdu is not intended to replace emergency services or immediate safeguarding procedures.
Where there is an immediate threat to a person's safety, users should contact an appropriate trusted adult, school authority or relevant emergency service rather than relying solely on VoxEdu.
7. Platform Availability
VoxEdu is under continuing development. Features may be modified, improved, temporarily unavailable or discontinued as the platform evolves.
Continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
8. Privacy
The handling of personal information through VoxEdu is described in the VoxEdu Privacy Policy.
9. Account and Access Restrictions
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, maintain platform security or address violations of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
The VoxEdu name, platform design, original software, branding and associated materials may not be copied, represented as another service or commercially redistributed without appropriate permission.
11. Disclaimer
VoxEdu is designed as a communication and support tool. It does not independently replace professional counselling, safeguarding procedures, school disciplinary processes, medical assistance, legal advice or emergency services.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as VoxEdu develops. Updated Terms will be published on this page with the applicable revision date.
